  1. To access our Internet services, you must first open an account with us.
  2. Complete the “MMAb2c.com Application/ Modification Form” and our computer system will automatically send an Activation Password to your designated email address.
  3. Log into https://www.mmab2c.com after receiving the email notification, enter your User ID, User Code and Activation Password in the “Login MMAb2c” field, carefully read and accept the membership terms and conditions and change your User Code and password. You may now access the services of MMAb2c.com.
 
 
     
 
  Q2:What are the benefits of a MMAb2c.com membership?  
 
 
  Through the MMAb2c.com network services, you may, at anywhere and anytime, via internet access to Bank SinoPac’s online banking systems to get consolidated asset information and check your personal information related to transactions across different regions through integration of regional business, operation and system to provide customers with a network of cross-border financial solutions with the utmost convenience and flexibility.  
 
     
 
  Q3:What services are available on MMAb2c.com?  
 
 
 
  1. Transactions & Queries: MMAb2c.com allows you to request information about your Bank SinoPac account(s) in different regions and carry out transactions accordingly;
  2. Global financial database: MMAb2c.com offers international market quotes/indices and global exchange rates and a global financial calendar;
  3. Online customer service: our dedicated staff deals with, responds to, and solves your problems efficiently;

  Q4:What type of customer needs to apply for MMAb2c membership?  
 
 
  If you have Bank SinoPac accounts in two or more regions, MMAb2c membership is highly recommended because it gives you greater access to account information and our remittance services as well.  
 
     
 
  Q5:Is there a fee for MMAb2c membership?  
 
 
  No. MMAb2c’s online services are free of charge, although in general you must pay a fee for transactions (e.g. transferring money from your Bank SinoPac account to another bank, or to an overseas bank).  
 
     

Access Your Account Information

 
  Q1:How far back in time can I access to the detail transaction records of the account?  
 
 
  You can request transaction details for the past 12 months, but the period between your start and end dates may not be longer than one month for a Taiwan account and two months for Hong Kong, Macau or Vietname accounts.  
 
     
 
  Q2:Does MMAb2c give me real-time access to my bank account information?  
 
 
  Yes, you can get real-time account access by logging into MMAb2c.com→Transaction Function Overview → Account Summary.  
 
     
 
  Q3:As a MMAb2c member, what are the bank accounts I can request information about?  
 
 
  Through MMAb2c.com, you may request information about your primary and secondary account(s) at branches of Bank SinoPac in Hong Kong branch, Macau branch, Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City Branch or Taiwan.  
 
     
 
  Q4:How to check the Login history of MMAb2c?  
 
 
  You can check your online last ten login records history for MMAb2c and easy APP through the following two ways:
  1. For MMAb2c Website, click the bottom right of「Account Overview」and then click「Login history」for checking.
  2. For easy by Bank SinoPac, click the main menu and then click「Login record inquiry」for checking.
 
 
     

Online Banking Passwords

 
  Q1:What are the "User Code" and "Online Password"?  
 
 
  To ensure secure online transactions, you are required to enter a User Code in addition to your User ID and Online Password when logging into our website.

  1. User Code:
    the code you provided at the online bank after you open an account and complete an online banking application form or activate for MMAb2c membership. Such code must be 6-12 characters in length, with at least one letter and one digit, and different from your User ID or Online Password. Uppercase and lowercase letters are deemed different and shall not contain spaces or any symbols. Do not use 4 digits or more in repeating, ascending, or descending letters or numbers in a row.

  2. Online Password:
    a password created by yourself at the online bank that contains 6-20 characters with at least one letter and one digit. It must be different from your User ID or User Code. Uppercase and lowercase letters are deemed different and shall not contain spaces or any symbols. Do not use 4 digits or more in repeating, ascending, or descending letters or numbers in a row.
 
 
     
 
  Q2:What’s an Activation Password?  
 
 
  The Activation Password verifies a person’s identity when he/she applies for MMAb2c membership. Enter your User ID, User Code and Activation Password in the “Login MMAb2c” field, carefully read and accept the membership terms and conditions, change your User Code and password, and then you may access MMAb2c services. The Activation Password will automatically expire once you have set the Online Password.  
 
     
 
  Q3:What should I do if I forget my password or enter it incorrectly three times?  
 
 
  After becoming an MMAb2c member, if your MMAb2c access is automatically terminated for one or more of the reasons listed below, please reactivate your membership or call our customer service staff (Taiwan: 0800-588-800 or 886-2-2191-1005 when you’re abroad; Hong Kong: 852-2907-6968; Macau: 853-8809-6873; Vietnam: 84-28-3822-0566). Thank you!
  1. Forgot the User Code or incorrect entry;
  2. Forgot the Online Password or 5 incorrect entries;
  3. Forgot the Activation Password or 5 incorrect entries.
 
 
     
 
  Q4:May I change my passwords or codes at any time?  
 
 
  Yes, you can log into MMAb2c.com and change your User Code or Password at any time.  
 
     
 
  Q5:If I’ve told another person my Password, what should I do?  
 
 
  We would advise you to change that password immediately. Please keep your User ID, User Code, Activation Password and Password confidential.  
 
     

Online Remittance Services

 
  Q1:How do I pre-designate a third-party account as an outward remittance account?  
 
 
  Call us (Taiwan: 0800-588-800 or 886-2-2191-1005 when you’re abroad; Hong Kong: 852-2907-6968; Macau: 853-8809-6873; Vietnam: 84-28-3822-0566) and our customer service staff will send you a “MMAb2c.com Application for Pre-designated Receiving Account Form.” Complete the application form with your signature, and either mail it back to our Customer Service Center or present it to counter staff at any Bank SinoPac location.  
 
     
 
  Q2:What is the limit on the number of the designated accounts when applying on MMAb2c?  
 
 
  The designated account that MMAb2c member is applied by ID does not exceed of 99 accounts (including) unless the parties have engaged in other agreement.  
 
     
 
  Q3:May I transfer money via MMAb2c at any time?  
 
 
  Yes, both internal and external transfers are 24-HR services and funds are debited from accounts immediately. However, the time that funds actually get into the accounts depend on operations in receivers' end.  
 
     
 
  Q4:What is the limit on the amount of remittance transfer transaction?  
 
 
 

Vietnam

  1. General account: The maximum daily limit for transferring funds is USD 35,000 or equivalent.
  2. For non-designated transfer accounts (Only for domestic transfer transactions)
  3. General accounts: The limit is USD 1,500 or equivalent per transaction, with a maximum limit of USD 3,000 or equivalent per day, and a cumulative limit of USD 6,000 or equivalent per month.

Hong Kong

  1. The minimum limit is HKD 50 or equivalent per transaction, with a maximum limit of HKD 1,000,000 or equivalent per day. You can set the daily maximum limit on your own, and the set limit should not exceed HKD 1,000,000.

Macau

  1. The minimum limit is MOP 50 or equivalent per transaction, with a maximum limit of MOP 1,000,000 or equivalent per day. You can set the daily maximum limit on your own, and the set limit should not exceed MOP 1,000,000.

Taiwan

  1. The limit is cumulatively calculated per account, with a maximum limit of TWD 2,000,000 per transaction; the daily cumulative limit is TWD 2,000,000 or equivalent.
  2. Remittance of RMB to China transaction is limited to domestic individuals only. The daily limit for each person, either for a single transaction or cumulative transactions, is 80,000RMB.
